Visual Communication is a pioneer department signifies the means of communication. It is the visual representation of reality, the imaginative conception of an individual triggering articulate response. Gauging the importance and need for media makers, the Department of Visual Communication is committed to train culture conscious, development oriented, socially responsible citizens and committed media professionals. The course focuses on a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to learning and this has been achieved by an even balance of theory and practical application

    The Department has made innovations and hands-on methods of learning as its hallmark. Besides classroom instruction, students are constantly encouraged to attend/organise seminars, workshops and campaigns. The Department provides a platform to showcase the professional skills of the students through “FORUMS” like Art and Design Forum, Film studies Forum, Media Literary Forum. The course transforms students into one of the best advertising personnel, visualizers, copy writers, filmmakers, photographers, web designers, animators and graphic designers to name a few.
